Management is employed to service the residents of the condominium, but the cost and quality of service depends largely on the cooperation of the residents.  Excessive demands for services will either deny service to some residents or increase the cost of service to all.

Office:  All requests for services and reports concerning the condominium property should be made to management during daytime hours unless the situation warrants after hours attention.
